Allard Ockeloen - Chief Executive Officer, Lone Tree Properties Ltd. President, Cypress Engineered Housing Corp.
Allard has been directly involved in all aspects of real estate development and engineered housing solutions since 2005 following a successful career in the semiconductor industry.
As CEO of Storm Mountain Development Corporation, Allard oversaw the acquistion and development of Lone Tree Properties Ltd. Under Allard’s leadership, Lone Tree achieved fundamentally significant accomplishments that led to the successful launch of the first phase of properties at its flagship development.
Allard led a team to locate significant sources of potable water on the property through extensive hydrology work. In addition, he also assembled and successfully submitted a subdivision application that resulted in a Preliminary Layout Approval for the first phase of the project. As a result, the company was able to launch its first phase in April of 2017. Fifty-one lots sold on the first day and the entire first phase was sold out in 3 months for gross sales revenue of $25 million.

David Beckow - Principal, Pareto Capital Partners Ltd.
David founded Pareto Capital Partners in 2002. Pareto repositions underutilized residential and commercial assets for maximum revenue and capital growth with acquisitions, development, management and divestiture of residential and commercial real estate in carrying stages of development. Pareto’s last four completed partnerships have delivered investor returns ranging from 21% to 26% annualized.
David’s experience also includes real estate investment banking in New York City with Scotia Capital Inc. He also held the position of Vice President, Acquisitions at Trafalgar Corporate, a real estate private equity fund in Sydney, Australia and was involved extensively in the transactional work related to the acquisition, administration and eventual disposition of real property portfolios in residential, commercial and industrial asset classes.
